Key lime pies are the best, and this one has the greatest filling! I love melting white chocolate into my graham cracker crusts when I do key lime to play against the tang. This one looks pretty darn perfect!

I adjusted this recipet to have a gluten-free crust for my daughter. It was great. She lived in Key West for 10 years so she was happy to get the recipe.

The Best Key Lime Pie recipe EVER! And so darn easy too! You won't be able to stop at just one slice! Confession, I used regular limes too!

These have a deliciously sweet, caramel-y, nutty filling with a flaky pastry! Easy to make, easier to eat!
Just made these cookies and they are delicious – used homemade pie crust – did not pre-cook pie crust – filling is amazing and not sweet like I thought they would be. Follow the instructions to the tee – low and slow for the filling is exactly right – making a lip on the pie crust a must.
These are great!!!! I love these cookies. Instead of chocolate I suggest caramel makes them almost melt in your mouth they taste so good!

No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

This is totally the type of dessert I could eat. all. by. myself. It looks SO dreamy!
I get the feeling that a certain someone in my life might never forgive me if I scroll past this recipe without making it for him
I make a similar no-bake cheesecake, minus the Oreos, and I love it. I can’t wait to try it with Oreos! I’m making it right now. One tip that I’d give is to use powdered sugar instead of granulated. It blends into the cream cheese so much easier and smoother. My recipe is way sugary-er – I use one 8 oz package of cream cheese, one of 8 oz cool whip, and 1 cup of sugar. I could definitely see cutting back on some of that sugar though.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Made it and loved every bit!! Was amazed when I took a spoonful and the choch flowing... Giving a molten lava feel:)
Just tried this earlier for my hubby's birthday and it was like heavenly delight! Though it is sweeter than most of the cakes I had and baked before, this will definitely be one of my favorites and a go-to recipe for my hubby since he cannot have eggs in any of his food. I'm sure this will be a hit next time with any of our family gatherings. But will have to cut a bit on the sur though. My kids love it too especially that ooey-gooey chocolate at the bottom of the pan. And indeed, goes BEST with ice cream!
Love this recipe, one of my fave comfort foods. This is very yummy!

Blueberry Zucchini Snack Cake with Lemon Buttercream

Just picked fresh blueberries this weekend!! The place we got the berries from had this recipe on their facebook page. I changed it up just a tiny bit. I used 1/2 c canola oil and 1/2 c applesauce in place of all veg oil. Used about 1/2 c less sugar only because I was short…threw in a few more blueberries and baked in a big pan that I use to make bars in. I am baking for about 25 mins…it sure smells good…will let you know how it turned out!!

This cake is amazing….loved by every one of my five kids! I’d like to make it for my son’s graduation party in a sheet pan for more of a “bar” type dessert.
This recipe is a wonderful light flavored summer treat!! Easy to make and even easier to devour!!!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Brownies

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Brownies

I just made these. They were fantastic! Had to try one right away! They have a smooth, creamy texture that is to die for! I did make a few swaps though. I used the coconut oil, 1 egg (always use in brownies as my binder), 1 tsp vanilla + 1/2 tsp almond extract (because I ran out of the vanilla), unsweetened coconut milk yogurt (sub for the greek yogurt), 2 packets of stevia, almond milk, and 3 tsp of ground flax seed. Cannot live without the chocolate chips. I will definitely be making this one again!

The filling had a nice flavor. My daughter thought a crust made from crushed lemon cookies would be good, and also some fresh squeezed lemon in both. I am thinking as one of the layers in a dessert it would be great too.
