Perfect Lemon Bars

I just made these. They came out perfect. I baked them on parchment paper and they are easy to take out. turned out so delicious! everyone loved them. Love lemons in baking, gives it a freshness that is hard to achieve in baking otherwise. everyone loved them.
Smooth, tangy lemon filling baked on a shortbread crust and dusted with powdered sugar.
INGREDIENTS    For the crust 1 cup butter, room temperature½ cup powdered sugar2 cups all purpose flour
   For the filling 6 large eggs, room temperature3 cups granulated sugar2 tablespoons lemon zest1 cup fresh lemon juice1 cup all purpose flourpowdered sugar, for dusting

Brownie Bird Nests

These Brownie Bird Nests are so much fun for spring.  The kids absolutely loved them! I love that they are such a simple treat. They are a great dessert for feeding your friends and family this Easter. Come on in and I’ll show you how to make these fun and simple treats.

1/3 cup of unsalted butter - melted1 large egg1/4 cup of milk1 box of milk chocolate brownie mixEgg shaped chocolate covered candy - I found egg M&Ms to use on these brownie nestsCupcake liners -( I like to use silicone liners and I even go an extra step to grease mine with cooking spray. )
