Paleo Pumpkin Bars

These bars are healthy, gluten-free, refined sugar free and paleo! They're perfect for a special diet but taste delicious. They're the best pumpkin spice recipe this fall!


INGREDIENTS
Paleo Pumpkin Bars:
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Maple Frosting:
  • ½ cup grass-fed butter, softened (or ghee)
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1¼ tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2½ tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
